My clients had finished their beautiful renovation and called me in to complete the décor and soft furnishings.
It was wonderful to work with the gorgeous spacious rooms, the warm grey tones, oak flooring and clean minimal lines.
Their huge canvas on the lounge wall was a wonderful inspiration to extend the pallete of colours into the décor. Working with rich navy and a dash of playful yellow, the brief was to work with fabrics that weren’t too serious, that had a plush contemporary elegance about them, yet were fun.
I had wide luxurious arm chairs manufactured for the lounge and for their main en suite. Both covered in velvet. A delicious teal for the main bedroom and navy for the main lounge. The teal pops beautifully whilst themed Scatters, a bedbox and bedside lights all completed this luxe look.
The navy on the lounge is offset with a hint of geometry in the scatters. Comfort being key.
Keeping it light and contemporary I brought in the wall mounted hall unit which made a real statement at the entrance to the property.
The guest cloakroom features a touch of copper with solid black wood in the bespoke table with handmade copper legs that is also repeated in the frame of the mirror. Strikingly offset against the oak panelled accent wall.
